Returns and Refunds

• We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened/sealed, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
• Ayurvedic or consumable products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return conditions.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product inspection.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.
